ኔፕ ፕላስ ከተሰማራበት የስራ ዘርፎች በተጨማሪ በሌሎች የስራ መስኮች ለመሰማራት እንደሚፈልግ ገልጸ፡፡ ይህንን የገለጹት የድርጅቱ ስራ አስኪያጅ አቶ መኮንን አለሙ ሲሆኑ በአዳማ ከተማ በተካሄደው ከጥር 23-24 2012 እንደ አውሮፕያዊያን አቆጣጠር የ2020 እቅድ ውይይት ላይ ነው፡፡ እንደ ስራ አስኪያጁ ገለጻ ድርጅቱ እ.ኤ.አ ከ 2020 ጀምሮ ከኤች.ኤይ.ቪ መከላከልና መቆጣጠር ሥራዎች በተጨማሪ በሌሎች ተላላፊና ተላላፊ ባልሆኑ በሽታዎች መከላከል፤ ሌሎች የጤና አገልግሎቶችን ተደራሽ በማድረግ፤ በልማት፤ በዴሞክራሲ ግንባታና ሰብአዊ መብት አጠባበቅ ስራዎች ላይ ለማሰማራት የሚያስችሉ ቅድሚያ ሁኔታዎችን በማመቻቸት ላይ ይገኛል ብለዋል፡፡ እነዚህ ሥራዎችን ለማከናወንም የቴክኒክና የገንዘብ ድጋፍ ከእክስፐርቲዝ ፍራንስ / Expertize France/ ከተባለ አለም አቀፍ ግብረሰናይ ድርጅት ቃል እንደተገባለት በዚሁ ጊዜ ተብራርቷል፡፡
ድርጅቱ በአባላት አቅም ግንባታ፤ በሃብት ማበልጸግ ስራዎች፤ ኤች አይ ቪ በደማቸው ላለባቸው ግለሰቦች ድምጽ ሆኖ የማገልገል ስራዎችን አጠናክሮ እንደሚቀጥልም ተገልጾአል ፡፡
ዕቅዶቹን ለማሳካት የሚመለከታቸው መንግስታዊና መንግስታዊ ያለሆኑ ድርጅቶች ሁሉ እንደተለመደው ከጎኑ እንዲቆሙ ሰራተኛውም በሙሉ በጋራ መነቃቃት እና በቁርጠኝነት አለማዎቹን ለማሳከት ጥረት እንዲያደርግ ጥሪአቸውን አስተላልፈዋል፡፡

NEP+ is to revise its Thematic Areas

NEP+ Executive Director, Ato Mekonnin Alemu, in his speech at NEP+ 2020 planning meeting conducted from Feb 02-3 2020 at Adama Town Comfort Hotel, disclosed that Network of Networks of HIV Positives in Ethiopia (NEP+) is going to revise its Mission, Vision and all its thematic areas soon. According to the director, NEP+ will include other health-related provisions, developmental programs, human rights protection, and democratization related activities into its current HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities starting from 2020 budget year.
In his speech, the director also disclosed that the organization has got a promise from Expertise France for technical and financial support for the revision and related activities.
In his speech, the director also stressed that NEP+ will continue to serve the PLHIV communities through capacity building, resource mobilization & allocation and relaying the voice PLHIVs. During this speech, the director called upon all stakeholders including the staff of the organization to continue their usual support and commitment to materialize all the missions and objectives of the organization.

ኔፕ ፕላስ እንደ አውሮፓዊያን አቆጣጠር በ2020 ዓ.ም ተግባራዊ የሚያደርጋቸውን ረቂቅ ዕቅድ ማዘጋቱን አስታወቀ፡፡ የድርጅቱ የክትትልና ምዘና መምሪያ ሓላፊ አቶ በላይ ረታ እንዳብራሩት ዕቅዱ በእያንዳንዱ መምሪያ ከተዘጋጀና በአንድ ላይ ከተደራጀ ቦኃላ የበለጠ እንድያዳብሩት ለመላው የድርጅቱ ሠራተኞች ከጥር 23-24 2012 ለ2 ቀናት በአዳማ ከተማ ቀርቦ እንደ ተወያዩበትና እንድያዳብሩት ተደርገዋል ብለዋል፡፡
በቅዕዱም በጤና ተቋማት የሚፈጸሙ የጸረ ኤች አይ ቪ ህክምና እና ቁርኝት ሥራዎች እንድሁም በማህበረሰብ ውስጥ የኤች አይቪ መከላከልና መቐጣጠር ሥራዎች ትኩረት ተሰጥተዋቸዋል ብሏል፡፡ዕቅዱ ሲዘጋጅም የመንግስት የትኩረት አቅጣጫዎች፡ የድርጅቱ የ5 አመት መርህ ዕቅድ፡ ያለፈው ዓመት የድርጅቱ የስራ አፈጻጻም እንድሁም የወደ ፊቱ የድርጅቱ የትኩረት አቅጣጫዎች ከግምት መግባታቸው ተብርርቷል፡፡ ከዘህ በተጨማሪ ድርጅቱ ከለጋሾች ጋር በተለይም ከግሎባል ፈንድና ከአሜርካ የበሽታ መከላከያ ማዕከል(CDC) የተፈራረማቸውና ስምምነት የተገባበቸው ፕሮጀክቶች እና ወደ ፊት የሚበለጽጉ ሀብቶች ከግምት በማስገበት መሆኑን መምሪያ ኃላፊው ጨምሮ አበራርቷል፡፡
ድርጅቱ በበጀት አመቱ በአጠቃላይ ከ195 ሚሊዮን ብር በላይ የመደበ ቢሆንም ለሥረው ከሚፈለገው አንጻር በቂ እንዳልሆና ስራዎቹም በዘጠኙም ክልሎችና በሁለቱም የከተማ አስተዳደሮች ተግባራዊ እንደሚሆኑ ተብራርቷል፡፡በመጨረሻም በድርጅቱ መመሪያ መሠረት ረቂቅ ዕቅዱ ለድርጅቱ ቦርድና ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ ቀርቦ አስፈላጊው ግበአት ተጨምሮበት እንደሚጸድቅ ይጠበቃል ብለዋል፡፡

NEP+ has allocated over 195 million birr for HIV/AIDS prevention and Control activities for 2020 budget year

Network of Networks of HIV Positives in Ethiopia (NEP+) in its planning meeting conducted from Feb 02-3 2029 at Adama Town Comfort Hotel disclosed that it has allocated over 195 million Birr for HIV/AIDS prevention and control activities for the 2020 budget year. According to Ato Belay Reta, NEP+ Monitoring and Evaluation Department manager, the existing 6 departments has drafted their own plan and this plan has been compiled and discussed up on by the whole staff for two days at Adama Town Comfort Hotel to be enriched.
According to Ato Belay, in the plan, activities that are going to be implemented in health facilities on adherence to treatment (activities that are supported by CDC) and activities that are implemented in the community on HIV prevention and control programs (that are supported by global fund) has been mainly focused on. The manager added, in addition to projects that the organization has entered in to agreement with donors, resources that is going to be mobilized from different sources has been taken in to account.
For the budget year, the organization has allocated over 195 million Birr which is not enough for what the organization needs and the allocated budget is going to be implemented in 9 regional states and two city administrations. According to NEP+ regulation the plan is going to be endorsed by the Board of Directors and approved by the general Assembly. By
