  • Strategic program planning, medium-term and long-term organizational strategy development.
  • Monitoring and evaluating overall project performance and legal representation of the organization.
  • Supervision of financial activities, transactions, and administrative management.
  • Compiling performance reports for the executive board and international stakeholders.
Key Achievement: Member of the Country Coordination Mechanism (CCM) Task Force and the National AIDS Council led by the FDRE President.

  • Directed the Adherence Case Management (ACM) program at site, regional, and federal levels.
  • Developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), strategies, and clinical working manuals.
  • Established adherence support groups in Oromia Regional State for retention maximization.
